Cadel Evans’ historic victory in the Tour de France in July this year, made him the first Australian ever to win the most prestigious cycling race in the world.  And now with increasing numbers of people getting involved in the sport, many are starting to notice a so called “cadel-effect” on the Australian cycling industry as well as on the public.
