London is the city with the most multi-millionaires in the world, according to a new list of the mega-wealthy. Voice of Russia’s Nima Green reports on why London is such a big draw to those with cash to splash.

The capital is home to 4,224 ‘ultra-high net worth’ residents, showing that despite Britain’s austerity measures, plenty of individuals are still able to live large in our capital.

Despite Britain continuing to limp through its financial woes, London it seems is the millionaires’ playground of the world.

Figures by the financial analysis organisation WealthInsight, show that the city boasts more than 4,000 so-called ‘ultra-high net worth’ residents, worth more than $30 million, or £19.2 million, each.
